How to request deletion of your LogFit® account and associated data

Your right to deletion

You can request the deletion of your LogFit® account and the associated personal data at any time. This page describes the procedure to follow, the data that is deleted and the data we are legally required to retain.

How to request deletion

You have two options:

  • From your organizer dashboard (pro.logfit.eu): Settings → “Delete my data”.
  • By email: send a request from your account email address to privacy@pax-tech.com, mentioning “Account deletion”. No deletion is automatic: your request is processed by our team.

Data that is deleted

Following your request, we delete the personal data associated with your account, including:

  • your account information (name, email address, identifiers);
  • your organization and event data (teams, categories, WODs, scores);
  • your account-related preferences and activity logs.

This data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, then purged from our backups during their rotation cycle.

Data that is retained

To comply with our legal and accounting obligations (Belgian law), we retain financial records (invoices, payments, token transactions) for 7 years. This data is kept on a restricted basis, then deleted or anonymized at the end of that period.
